Fieldstone has sold more than 20,000 homes in California, Texas and Utah, in both
ascending and descending markets. During that time, we have developed sophisticated
sales and marketing capabilities that will generate traffic and maximize sales so
we can move
quickly through the projects.
Today’s market conditions require experts. Giving high cost assets with generating
traffic, it is imperative that each guest receives undivided attention from our
sales counselors. Generating traffic is costly and it is imperative that each potential
homebuyer be optimized. This is done in two important ways: an aggressive sales
effort and pricing product correctly.
Fieldstone’s highly experienced sales managers train our sales counselors extensively
in the key areas of the sales process:
