Master Planned Communities
Sycamore Creek,
Corona, California
Sycamore Creek is a 715-acre master-planned community consisting of 1,670 detached
and attached homes, a retail center, a 25-acre regional park, a regional fire station,
an elementary school, a 71-acre Nature Preserve, a Swim Club and Recreation Center, three
neighborhood parks and walking trails.
Sorrento, Cypress, California
Fieldstone entitled and constructed Sorrento, a master-planned community of 871
homes on a former oil tank farm which has now become one of the most desirable and
prestigious communities in Cypress.
Rancho Trabuco, Rancho Santa Margarita, California
The development of Rancho Trabuco consisted of more than 1,500 lots in
Rancho Santa Margarita, as well as major transportation infrastructure.
Single-Family Detached Homes
Fieldstone has constructed numerous types of single-family detached housing, including
lot sizes ranging from 2,500 square feet with cluster configurations to traditional
single-family homes on larger lots. Fieldstone also completed the land planning,
entitlements, civil engineering and land development for many of these communities.

Attached Homes
Fieldstone has constructed attached townhomes and condominiums throughout
Southern California. Many of these communities incorporated common area amenities
such as swimming pools, recreation centers and greenbelts.
Commercial Properties
The Shops at Sycamore Creek consist of approximately 94,000 square feet of
retail and restaurant space on an 11-acre site within the master-planned community
of Sycamore Creek. The commercial center offers a Vons, CVS and Wells Fargo, in
addition to a fuel pad and numerous in-line retail shops and restaurants.
Construction Management
Fieldstone has been involved in developing
all aspects of public improvements for various municipalities including: water booster
stations, above ground reservoirs, sewer lift station, streets, sewer, water and
storm drains.
Grading Operations
Grading operations have moved an estimated 80 million cubic yards of dirt over the
years and has experience in all aspects of grading operations from mass-grading
to finished lots including complex hill-side grading operations.
